The house stands in a quiet road of Villas and Houses.
This quality 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse is in a delightful position overlooking a garden area and a 33 metre swimming pool. with 2 FREE tennis courts and the fairway just 50 metres away.
The large "PRIVATE" upstairs terrace has a BBQ, 4 loungers a table and 4 chairs and potted plants. The downstairs patio has a table and 4 chairs. Both areas have outside lighting for dining "alfresco" in the warm evenings, overlooking the lit pool.
All the furniture is quality solid wood and leather. A 32" LCD Flat Screen television and DVD are provided for those nights in.
Laptop owners can connect to the house phone with an Ethernet cable (not supplied)
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven with grill and 4 ring ceramic hob.
